If the item you have chosen to purchase from your PinkBox Boutique event is not available to take away on the day, and you have ordered the item from your PinkBox Boutique Consultant to be delivered at a later date, you are welcome to cancel the order up to 24hrs before you have been advised that your order will be delivered to your Boutique at Home Host. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us or telephone the number below.
PinkBox Online Boutique
Orders placed online cannot be cancelled. If you wish to make a change to your order and provided your order is still at New Order status, you may do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order is at Order Processing or Completed status, your order cannot be changed.
