Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for most items. We charge a higher rate of £4.95 for heavier items.
If your order comes to more than £60 you will be offered free standard delivery as an option at check out. Please select this option to benefit from free delivery. We are unable to refund delivery charges when this option has not been selected at the time of placing your order.
All orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Standard Delivery (Mainland UK only) can take between 3-5 working days (please allow 5-7 working days for Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isle of Wight).
Deliveries may require a signature. For this reason, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, forwarding companies, freight operators or lockers.
We have chosen to work with carriers we believe have a good reputation for excellent service delivery. However, we cannot be responsible for any delays in their service particularly during unusual weather conditions. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will ensure that your order is packed appropriately for its journey to you. If in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please let us know within 24hrs of receipt – it would also really assist us if you can take an image of the damage sustained. We cannot accept claims for damages after 24hrs.
Click & Collect
We are pleased to be able to offer this free service to our local customers. If you wish to collect your order in person from our shop at Swindon Designer Outlet, please select the Click & Collect option at check out and we will contact you to let you know when your order will be ready for collection.
Other Important Information
It is very important you supply us with your correct delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for problems caused because of incorrect delivery information supplied to us or for the delay in delivering your goods if it was outside of our control.
We reserve the right to charge for any return and/or redelivery costs we incur if your package was not collected or a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from Royal Mail or our courier.
If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods only.
