We want you to be happy with the purchases you make from PinkBox Boutique. If you are not happy with any purchase you have made you may return it unused/unworn together with any free gifts you received with your order. This must be within 7 days of your Boutique at Home or upon receipt of your PinkBox Online Boutique order. You must include your PinkBox Boutique receipt/copy invoice and all tags must still be attached – we are unable to accept returns on any items where the tags have been removed. The product must be in its original and undamaged packaging if applicable to qualify for a refund.
Please note that pierced earrings, cosmetics and food stuffs are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
PinkBox Boutique Online
Every order is personally inspected for quality control purposes during the dispatch process. Any goods damaged wilfully or accidentally by the customer cannot be accepted for return. All returned items will be inspected and provided they have been returned in good condition with their original tags attached we will process your refund within 7 days of receipt, no quibbles!
Please return items to PinkBox Boutique Ltd (Returns), Meadow Barn, Manor Farm Yard, Coate, Wiltshire, SN10 3LP. We recommend that you use a trackable service from Royal Mail or a courier service that also insures your return for the value of the goods, as they remain your responsibility until they are received back in our stores. We will let you know when your return has been received safely.
Please contact your PinkBox Boutique at Home Consultant for more information about how to return an item. In this case, the cost of returning an item by post is your responsibility and we recommend you use a tracked and insured method of return, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach our stores or arrive damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your product is faulty, please contact your PinkBox Boutique at Home Consultant within 14 days of purchase for advice on return. Proof of purchase will be required.
Returns are sent at your expense and the delivery charge will not be refunded outside of the 7 day period unless the product sent to you was faulty and you have notified us prior to returning it, in which case we will send you a courier slip to return the item to us at our cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that claims for faulty goods must be made within 28 days of purchase. We are sorry but we are unable to accept any claims outside of this period.
