The Cornish Charcuterie is based just outisde of Bude in Cornwall. Run by Richard & Fionagh Harding, we think their range is just a little bit special! This selection is for their ambient Pork Rillette.

Cornish Charcuterie – Ambient Duck Rillette


This Rillette is made from locally reared Duck slow poached in it’s own fat then shredded, seasoned and studded with Cranberries which have been soaked in Grand Marnier. A fantastic choice for hampers or to take out on a picnic. The Five Spice gives this Rillette a delicious oriental twist. A PinkBox favourite!

Ambient pate is fantastic stuff! Keep it in the cupboard until you know you want it, chill for an hour or so before serving (you don’t have to but we think it’s nicest slightly chilled) and then dig in. It makes a fabulous ‘just in case’ meal option! We also love the ‘Mason’ style clip jar this product comes in which can be usefully repurposed or recycled.

Cornish Charcuterie are based in Bude, Cornwall. Their range is hand crafted on their own farm and all their ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible.

Ingredients: Duck 69%, Duck Fat, Cranberries 3.5%, Grand Marnier 3% (sulphites), Cornish Sea Salt, Five Spice.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 3 days.
