The Cornish Charcuterie is based just outisde of Bude in Cornwall. Run by Richard & Fionagh Harding, we think their range is just a little bit special! This selection is for their ambient Salmon Pate with Horseradish & Dill.

Cornish Charcuterie – Ambient Pate Salmon with Horseradish


A jar of deliciously buttery salmon pate with just a subtle hint of dill and horseradish to enhance the flavour. We’re thinking crisp toast and a good glass of white wine.  Perfect to add to a fish sampler style starter.

Ambient pate is fantastic stuff! Keep it in the cupboard until you know you want it, chill for an hour or so before serving (you don’t have to but we think it’s nicest slightly chilled) and then dig in. It makes a fabulous ‘just in case’ meal option! We also love the ‘Mason’ style clip jar this product comes in which can be usefully repurposed or recycled.

Cornish Charcuterie are based in Bude, Cornwall. Their range is hand crafted on their own farm and all their ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible.

Ingredients: Salmon (Fish) 55%, Butter 27.5% (Milk), Onion 16.5%, Cornish Sea Salt, Dill 0.4%, Horseradish 0.1%.

Store in a cool place, once opened refrigerate and use within 3 days.
