The Cornish Charcuterie is based just outisde of Bude in Cornwall. Run by Richard & Fionagh Harding, we think their range is just a little bit special! This selection is for their ambient Pork Rillette with Sloe Gin.

Cornish Charcuterie Pork Rillette with Sloe Gin


A delicious variation of their award winning Pork Rillette. This time, they have added a healthy slug of locally produced sloe gin for an unusually sweet and juicy rillette. One of our favourites (can’t think why). A great gift for all Gin connoisseurs!

Ambient pate is fantastic stuff! Keep it in the cupboard until you know you want it, chill for an hour or so before serving (you don’t have to but we think it’s nicest slightly chilled) and then dig in. It makes a fabulous ‘just in case’ meal option! We also love the ‘Mason’ style clip jar this product comes in which can be usefully repurposed or recycled.

Cornish Charcuterie are based in Bude, Cornwall. Their range is hand crafted on their own farm and all their ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible.

Ingredients: Lop Pork, Duck Fat, Sloe Gin (sulphites) Cornish Sea Salt, White Pepper

Store in a cool place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 3 days.
