In a Pickle is based in Winsley, a beautiful part of Wiltshire in the heart of the West Country, just outside the Georgian city of Bath.
It was purely by accident that ‘In a Pickle’ was born says the lady behind these lushious creations, Steph Anderson. I am still surprised by the success that it is proving to be. Turning raw, seasonal ingredients into jars of delicious chutney is truly rewarding, add to this the pleasure I see on peoples faces when they taste my chutney and announce ‘DELICIOUS’, and I really am in food heaven.
These products have received many accolades including Taste of the West Awards, Great Taste Awards and both Bath and Bristol Good Food Awards – they are REALLY good!
Lemon Curd Ingredients:-
Sugar, free range eggs 28%, butter, lemon juice 8%.
Total sugar content 65g per 100g of product.
Allergen information: contains egg and milk.
Store in a cool dark place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks or by best before date.
