Bakewell Tart, Jam Roly Poly, Swiss Roll…..buttered toast! They cram as many plump, juicy raspberries as they possibly can into each jar, to make a fabulously sweet and tangy jam that’s perfect for baking. Deep pink in colour and sprinkled with seeds, this jam is as delicious as it is beautiful.
In a Pickle is based in Winsley, a beautiful part of Wiltshire in the heart of the West Country, just outside the Georgian city of Bath.
It was purely by accident that ‘In a Pickle’ was born says the lady behind these lushious creations, Steph Anderson. I am still surprised by the success that it is proving to be. Turning raw, seasonal ingredients into jars of delicious chutney is truly rewarding, add to this the pleasure I see on peoples faces when they taste my chutney and announce ‘DELICIOUS’, and I really am in food heaven.
These products have received many accolades including Taste of the West Awards, Great Taste Awards and both Bath and Bristol Good Food Awards – they are REALLY good!
Rockin Raspberry Jam Ingredients:-
Sugar, raspberries, gelling agent, fruit pectin and lemon juice.
Prepared with 55g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 61g per 100g.
Store in a cool dark place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks or by best before date.
