Here we have reached the hottest chilli sauce to come out of the kitchens of The Wiltshire Chilli Farm without using chilli essence to boost the heat even further (as in the now legendary God Slayer which has chilli essence of 6.4 million scovilles in it’s recipe!). So Trinidad Scorpion relies purely on the heat of it’s chilli for it’s heat.
It is extremely hot but as with everything else in the range, it is packed with flavour. This one is sweet and fruity and is incredibly versatile. Stir fry with it, add it to curries and soups, marinade chicken or fish with it or use it as a heroically hot dipping sauce for thai fish cakes and the like.
